All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to maintain accurate product descriptions and prices at all times.

3. Ordering Process

Orders placed through our website are completed via WhatsApp. By sending an order message, you confirm your intent to purchase. Orders are confirmed only after we acknowledge availability and delivery details.

4. Payment

We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and cash on delivery in select areas. Payment details will be shared during WhatsApp order confirmation.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues or natural events
  • Delivery charges vary by location
  • Free delivery applies to eligible orders as stated

6. Product Quality

All our oils are FSSAI certified and quality tested. Natural cold-pressed oils may have slight color, odor, and consistency variations between batches — this is a sign of authenticity, not a defect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, and brand assets are the property of Navami Oils. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Navami Oils is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the product purchase price.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thrissur, Kerala.
