1. Our Return Guarantee

At Navami Oils, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

2. Eligible Products for Return

You may return a product if:

  • The product is sealed and unopened
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product has a quality defect

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products purchased more than 7 days ago
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Send clear photos of the product and packaging
  • State the reason for return
  • We'll arrange pickup or ask you to ship it back

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will:

  • Process a full refund within 5–7 business days
  • Refund via the original payment method or bank transfer
  • Alternatively, offer a replacement product of equal value

6. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no extra cost immediately.
